Delete your account

You can delete WeGo from inside the app or from this page. Deletion removes the account. It does not freeze it.

In the app

Open WeGo, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. That removes the copy on the phone and the server copy tied to your account code: profile, posts, messages, garage, clubs, and drives.

On this page

Paste the account code from Settings → Another phone. It is the 32-character code at the end of that link. This deletes the server copy of that account.

Reports you filed can be kept, without your photos, so the terms can be enforced. Read the privacy policy for the full list of what WeGo stores.
